1. AI-Assisted Vastu Assessment Positioning
All floor plan scans, compass analysis reports, and quadrant balance evaluations are delivered as **AI-assisted spatial suggestions**. These reports are based on programmed algorithmic mapping rules matching rooms (entrances, bedrooms, bathrooms) to cardinal directions.
Traditional & Advisory Nature
Vastu Shastra is a traditional system of architecture originating in ancient India that coordinates spatial elements with natural directions. VastuMetric does **not** claim scientific certification, empirical proof, or medical validation for any spatial suggestions. Vastu assessments are wellness recommendations intended to align layout design. We offer **no guaranteed outcomes** (financial, health, or spiritual) from applying Vastu remedies.
Structural & Safety Certifications
VastuMetric does **not** provide structural design certifications, architectural drawings, or load-bearing checks. **Any spatial structural adjustments, wall demolitions, columns erection, or load redistribution must be checked, certified, and supervised by registered architects or civil engineers.** Never initiate structural changes based solely on AI coordinate outputs.
Service Area & Travel Logistics
- Concept Plan Area Caps: The base price of ₹1,121 applies strictly to properties up to 800 sq. ft. Floor plans exceeding 800 sq. ft. are subject to revised custom pricing quotations.
- Site Visit Travel Logistics: The base price of ₹11,021 for site visits is exclusive of out-of-station travel, lodging, or transport expenses. Additional logistics fees will be confirmed separately prior to dispatch.
Third-Party Service Providers
To facilitate transactions and coordinate report generation, VastuMetric integrates the following secure third-party processors:
- Authentication: Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud)
- Payment Processing: Razorpay Gateway Integration
- AI Analysis: Gemini Multimodal API Node
- Alert Delivery: SMS Gateways, Email Servers, & WhatsApp Business API
Privacy & AI Model Protections
Your floor plans are private property assets. We maintain a strict data isolation policy:
- We **do not use uploaded layout images** for public promotional marketing without separate, explicit written consent.
- We **do not train machine learning models** on customer uploaded property files. Model training requires a separate, explicit opt-in consent mechanism.
- File Storage & Retention: Layout documents are securely stored in Firebase storage. By default, client layouts are retained for a customizable retention period (default 30 days) and can be deleted instantly by the user from the dashboard profile.
