Refund & Cancellation Policy

Basic Delivery Policy
At VastuMetric, eligibility for cancellations and refunds depends entirely on **whether service delivery has started**. Once analytical processing, AI model calls, or manual consultant reviews commence, resources are allocated, rendering the order non-refundable.
1. AI scan reports (₹21 & ₹221)
Because automated AI-assisted reports are generated in real-time immediately after file processing, instant digital assessment plans are non-refundable.
2. Vastu Concept Plans (₹1,121)
Full refunds are available if requested within 12 hours of payment, provided our CAD/architectural designers have not begun processing property coordinates.
3. Expert Consultations (₹5,121)
Cancellations requested 24 hours prior to scheduled video slots receive a full refund. Slots cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% booking fee deduction.
4. Site Visit Inspections (₹11,021)
Cancellations made before the expert team schedules transport are fully refundable. Deductible travel booking deposits are non-refundable once travel/logistics are booked.
VastuMetric operates strictly in Demo Mode. No real financial payments are processed. Any mock refund claims do not represent real-money compensation.
