Property Layout Privacy Charter

VastuMetric respects the privacy of your private homes, properties, and architectural layouts. We maintain strict safeguards to ensure that uploaded floor plans, locations, and personal contact credentials remain secure.

1. Files Storage & Usage

When you upload property images, sketches, or Blueprints, they are securely stored inside Firebase Storage containers. They are processed strictly by the Gemini Multimodal AI model to analyze coordinates, doors, windows, and room labels for Vastu assessments. Layout files are never made public.

2. Configurable Retention & Erasure Requests

Layout data retention is user-configurable. By default, files are cached for 30 days to facilitate expert reviews, after which they are flagged for automatic deletion. You can submit data deletion requests at any time to purge reports and file attachments instantly from our system. Visit our Data Deletion Portal to submit requests.

3. No Promotional Use & Model Training Protections

We enforce two core privacy protections regarding uploads:

We **do not use uploaded layout images** for public promotional marketing without separate, explicit written consent.
We **do not train machine learning models** on customer uploaded property files. Model training requires a separate, explicit opt-in consent mechanism.

4. Third-Party Integrations

To coordinate platform operations, we share specific transaction/session markers with verified third parties:

Authentication: Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud)
Payment Processing: Razorpay Gateway Integration
AI Analysis: Gemini Multimodal API Node
Alert Delivery: SMS Gateways, Email Servers, & WhatsApp Business API
