1. Advisory Limits & Verification Warnings

VastuMetric provides traditional, advisory recommendations that coordinate spatial layouts with cardinal directions. We do not provide civil architectural drawings, structural engineering plans, or local building authority clearances. **Any structural changes, demolitions, column updates, or plumbing/fire layout changes must be checked, certified, and supervised by registered architects or civil structural engineers.**

2. Service Scope & Pricing Modifications

Specific services have size limits and logistical boundaries:

• Vastu Concept Plans (₹1,121): Base pricing applies to layouts up to 800 sq. ft. Floor plans exceeding 800 sq. ft. require revised custom quotes.
• Site Visit Inspections (₹11,021): Base fee excludes travel and transport charges. Out-of-station visit rates are estimated separately.

3. Advertisement Listing Discretion

We reserve the right to review all advertisement requests submitted under `/advertise` for ₹121 promo package. Approvals and rejections are at the sole discretion of our moderation team. Advertising materials that promote fear-based claims, pseudoscience, or malicious links will be rejected and refunded.

4. Refund Rules

Refund parameters depend on whether service delivery has started:

• AI reports: Non-refundable once coordinates are processed and generated.
• Manual plans/expert reviews: Refundable only before designers or experts begin analyzing layouts.
